About the founder
My name is Roxana Andriescu
"I was born in Romania, raised in Italy, and moved to the Netherlands at 20 years old to pursue my Bachelor degree. These experiences shaped my perspective on diversity, resilience, and the value of building bridges between people and businesses.
With 5 languages on deck, I can communicate and relate to different cultures. Before founding LeadLink Solutions, I worked across sales, marketing, and event industries, honing my skills in understanding clients' needs and delivering tailored solutions. Because I wanted to expand my knowledge in the tech industry, I have pursued that interest and enriched and personalized my sales process to maximum efficiency.
I firmly believe in loyalty, transparency, and being unapologetically authentic! These principles are at the heart of how I connect with clients, build relationships, and foster long-term partnerships.
For me, motivation and stepping out of our comfort zones are essential to personal and professional growth. I view challenges as opportunities to learn, whether they lead to success or failure. Every experience has taught me to adapt, improve, and become a better individual and sales professional.
